    https://gyazo.com/436c61cd9ba1ed2f49fd7d8b27a21001 it freezes like right after i start up a game like probably within 5 seconds. Please help i can’t figure out why and have searched everywhere for a cause.

    can you please try this build ?

    please do not enter calibration window. once you start game let me know if Kinect FPS goes go zero.

    I did this build and once I started the game and then attempted to sync up the avatar, the Kinect FPS did go down to zero. Is there anything I need to fix up?

    it looks like usb problem. let me see logs first.
