SteamVR error 301 and Vrchat no longer loading properly

I can run all my VR equipment just fine but as soon as I try to start Driver4vr’s service vrchat will no longer load worlds and if I try to restart my steamvr it will give me a 301 error.
If I start VRchat THEN start the Driver4VR service I can do just fine until I then try to switch rooms, then it gets stuck on loading.
Again, just happening with Driver4VR running. I tried the IPC build on the Discord to no further success.
