    Ok I have a problem. The controllers center are always on one side of my body and when i try to move them there is a massive delay.
    Don’t know what to do. Please help!

    the problem with contrllers on side can be solved by doing headset calibration. this is button next to head tracking option.
    about delay I am not sure what you mean but basically kinect will lag.
