    I have everything set up. All the drivers and programs downloaded. D4VR will not pick up the sensor. When I check my sound device manager, I can see the kinect connecting and disconnecting. I have switched USB plugs but nothing has worked.

    Do you have the correct USB controller? You need either a Renesas or Intel one.
