kinect v2 not detected on W10

Hello everyone,

as said in the title, my kinect v2 isn’t detected by my Windows10.
my system is :
CPU: i5 4970K
GPU : 1080ti
RAM : 16GB 2666 MHz
MB : Asrock Z87 pro 3
SSD Evo 950 500 GB
W10 professionnal
USB : on date

I tried to install all driver with and without kinect connected to the PC, I tried to take off all my USB and put only my Kienct USB…
My kinect and adaptor are unused.
