Kinect FPS drops to 0 upon opening calibration window - Driver4VR - enhance your VR

Every time I use the program and start Driver4vr, it says my kinect fps is in the 30s, but as soon as I hit calibrate, I get a single frozen image implying everything is functional, and my fps drops immediately to 0. The image in the Calibration window stays static, and seems to update randomly.
