    So whenever I use the joy cons and the Kinect 360 for the controllers, their rotation is backwards. I have no idea why. Has anyone else had this problem?

    you need reset orientation by pointing them in direction of headset and long press home/capture button

    How do you connect joy cons? I have them pared in bluetooth, I just cant make them a controller.

    you just need turn them on in device manager. then you should have them listed on tight side. you can click preview to see rotation and buttons.
    then you can assign each to controller on left side.
