Correction, it doesn’t work. In device manager Kinect Camera keeps disappearing.

Same thing here. Controllers are switched and tracking is very bad. But yeah, controller inputs finally work 🙂

Same here. Mapping in Driver4VR work great, but nothing happens in SteamVR. I have now tried 3 different controllers in SteamVR and they lead to the same result. I installed that folder linked above. Didn’t help.

There is nothing wrong in driver4vr, the gamepad itself is broken. That explains why I had trouble mapping the gamepad trigger. And I already bought a new one. Different model though.

Just found out that my left-hand controller is broken. Trigger doesn’t work and the joystick gives wrong directions :/

Room setup fixed that issue, but I have another one. I can map keys in driver4vr, but they don’t work in steamvr.

Yes! I got everything working in the beta. Driver4VR detects kinect and my controller’s input.

umm… After deleting steamvr.vrsettings, Driver4VR says: “Driver4VR was not detected 🙁 Please run installer”

Bluetooth dongle, which is plugged in the front usb hub and the rest of the hardware I use is plugged in the back of pc.

Well, Windows constantly played the “device disconnected” sound and device manager kept refreshing the list.

I got it working, weirdly. I plugged my Kinect and webcam to same external USB hub (not powered by power supply) and plugged the hub to USB 3.0 on my desktop, and bam, it started working. I can see myself and can use Kinect studio. But, Driver4VR doesn’t recognize my kinect ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And in properties it’s says that “There are no drivers installed ofr this device” eventhough I have installed the latest SDK 1.8 and tried 1.7v

Yeap, tried those before creating this thread (expect the usb powered hub). I spend couple hours googling for a fix but non of them solved my problem.

No and that’s not the problem. My problem is that I can’t assign buttons in Driver4VR.

I tried to map the Bluetooth controller keys to my leap motion. The software doens’t recognize any events. I tried both my bluetooth controllers which I bought from China and original Xbox One wireless controller. I don’t have kinect yet, but I don’t think that would cause the problem. Maybe it’s because of the SteamVR overlay that always start with Driver4VR?

I have the same problem too. I tried the driver you linked above and it didn’t fix the problem.
