Greg, in that video the guy uses oculus, probably vorpx recognises oculus head movements anda implement it as mouse to the game. This can be user with pimax in steamvr mode, however with pimax external modern this is not possible. I dont know if this is possible with your driver maybe pimax drivers should be modified but if your driver had support for this external modern dır headtracking that would be great for some users.
