How did you get the psmove controllers working with Driver4VR? My controllers wont show up in Driver4VR on Computer2. I have Psmoveservice running on Computer1. I can get postional tracking working in Driver4VR with Freetrack using PsmoveFreePiebridge release 17 which allows connecting via IP address. FreepieBridge and FreePie is Running on Computer 2 which is also running Vridge. I dont understand why PsmoveService has to run on computer2 and that Driver4VR automatically starts it. Which version of Driver4VR are you using Marlon Smith? I am using 5.3.0.4. How have you set up Driver4VR settings?

    Hi
I think that it is caused by a line in openvrpaths.vrpath.
It is located somewhere in appdata local folder like this path
    C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\openvr
If theres a line with psmove in it and you delete that line then i think it will work.
You can edit the file with notepad.

    Hi

I had this problem where i used PiNav to try and remap the joysticks to the ps move controllers. Recently i found out i had been doing it wrong. plain and simple. Driver4VR must be started and runnning in order to be able to preview any controller inputs.
    hope that helps anyone 🙂

I found out what caused psmove drivers conflict.

PSA : Check and delete old SteamVR external drivers ! from WindowsMR

    Specifically this part:
“It’s in c:\uers<youruser>\AppData\Local\openvr\openvrpaths.vrpath and I was able to remove the ‘old’ driver entries.”

Auto login not working. Slightly different error message. “Error during auto login. Parsing date (06.14.2020 00.45.39) : String was not recognized as a valid DateTime” Minor annoyance but not a dealbreaker i think.

I dont know if this is the right thread but it is what popped up on google. I have this warning that i would like to get rid of: C:PROGRA~2\PSMOVE~1\drivers\psmove
It says this can potentially cause problems and i dont know if i have missed some files of psmoveservice. the file path C:PROGRA~2\PSMOVE~1\drivers\psmove does not lead anywhere in windows. how do i completely uninstall psmove service?
