Hey Greg,

After doing that step and re-calibrating, everything ran flawlessly. However, the issue appears to come back every time Steam VR is closed and re-opened without running through that troubleshooting step another time. I’m sending new logs over to you via email.

In addition, after using the driver in VRChat for several minutes, the trackers all disappeared and stopping/restarting the driver service did not work until re-doing the troubleshooting step and closing steam VR.

Hi Greg, thanks for the assistance.

I did follow that tutorial from start to finish several times. The three Vive trackers have only appeared once after calibration’s completion; typically I do not see the three trackers during or after calibration.

I sent over the requested files as well as two screenshots (post calibration of steam VR status overlay, and of the final calibration screen). I also took a video of two calibration attempts and some settings screens in Steam VR and on your program ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UU0lSILQQ3U&feature=youtu.be ), however, I didn’t set up the recording view properly so it was zoomed in at the top left of my screen. I can re-do that video sometime if needed.

I get this too minus the one floating Vive controller (most of the time). Usually the floating Vive controller is missing too.
