Xbox one Kinect keeps dropping out and reconnected Each time

I have one problem with Xbox one Kinect it when I plug it in to my computer and I am going to try out different USB ports and see if that will fix it or not and my Xbox one Kinect keeps dropping out and reconnecting each time and tried Driver4VR and my Xbox one won’t show up on the problem and I installed the proper widow Kinect software

so when I installed runtime first the Kinect wasn’t doing that problem where the white logo on the Kinect just flashing and disconnecting and reconnecting each time and if I install the SDK and launch Kinect V2 configure verifie it starts that have problem where it keeps disappointing and reconnecting and i really hope I can get my Xbox one Kinect to work to use Driver4VR
