When I start up vrchat and load into my model I go into T-pose and I see the balls that am supposed to place in my hands but when I place them there nothing happens. I press every button on my controllers and nothing works. Can anyone tell me what I need to do.

You have to press both grip buttons on each remote to “enter” the avatar.
