Vive with Kinect. Myriad of issues

My goal is to have the legs and hips tracked via color. The software Starts and it sees the three trackers and the drivers itself in SteamVR. I was able to successfully color calibrate them. It’s forcing me to do room setup when Driver4VR is in use, the lighthouses do not work, same with the controllers but they are on.

I’ve spent hours and hours throughout the months looking through every outdated youtube video, scanning Discord comments, all the documentation I can find and these forums and I’ve never seen one instance of stuff like this. I’m at my wits end and I really need assistance.

Not entirely sure what I did differently but not I see everything in the SteamVR box but the headset is not coming on and it keeps asking me to do room correciton
