    A week ago, I made this account and downloaded the trial version, to test out, but never got around to it. Greg contacted me by email to see how the installation worked and after a brief chat, he implied that he suspended the trial, since I didn’t have a VR rig at the time.
    Now I have my VR rig and I upgraded to Gold membership, only to constantly be met with “Unable to authenticate.” for over a day. Even better, I can’t get any further reply from Greg either, regarding this.

    What else do I need to do to get this program working?

    The issue has been resolved for me, after Greg reset my account password to something else.
