scale problem whith using 4k resolution amd scale a 150%

I have a problem….
i use a 4k monitor
and as windows the letters get very small with the scale at 100%
windows itself recommends using 150%
and this causes a problem with the appearance of your program when I turn on kinect to track.
it goes back to the 100% scale but the menus are at 150% and several menus are unusable …
is there how to fix this?
