PSMoveSteamVRBridge 1.6.0 VS PSMoveService bridge SteamVR Driver

So as an experiment I installed PSMoveSteamVRBridge 1.6.0 so that I could have the PlayStation Move Controller models and custom icons in the SteamVR environment. That side of things worked great but it completely broke everything else and Driver4VR started complaining of conflicting drivers. So I unsinstalled PSMoveSteamVRBridge.

I realise now that I do not need PSMoveSteamVRBridge because Driver4VR has “PSMoveService bridge SteamVR Driver” built in however it does not use the PlayStation Move Controller models or the custom icons!

How do I get the PlayStation Move Controller models and custom icons working in Driver4VR PSMoveService bridge SteamVR Driver?
