    whenever i try to start the ps move service, it gets stuck on this

    Die Screenshots verraten du sprichst Deutsch? Das sieht für mich aus als ob die Firewall blockiert. Erstell mal eine Ausnahmeregel für den Move Service und Starte als ihn Admin.
