ParticipantHi,
I have a problem when I try to use the PS moves. I was able to pair them as instructed on driver4VR but it doesn’t work well on steamVR, it is like it is not well calibrated.
Also I see on the SteamVR status, two letters “C” signs, for 2 controllers connected. Not sure if this is for the ps moves or not.
Previously I paired them with Daley Tech tutorial (youtube) videos and it used to show the PS Move icons on the SteamVR Status and i could see the PS moves inside the steamVR Room….. Not sure what I may be doing wrong now. Also how do you configure driver4vr? Maybe I am doing something wrong.
I have a kinect 360 (seems to be working well with kinect dev tools), PSVR and teo PS moves. I use on Drive4VR this:
head – kinect 360 – skeleton
hand controllers – kinect LED light/ball
body – offthanks for looking into this issue

Keymasterdo you see ps moves in device manager? does it react to orientation and button press in preview window?
2018-02-15 at 15:46 #3321sawchen
ParticipantNot OP, but i’m in the same boat. My controllers show up in the device manager, i can assign them to Left/Right. And the orientation reacts and al lbutton presses work in the preview window. but when I get into steamvr, as soon as I put the headset on i can see the controllers but they are often far off from my headset position, my headset always remains perfect, right where i need it, but the PS move controllers are always somewhere different, and they Move / Rotate perfectly, the buttons all work, but it seems the kinect isn’t tracking them good or something. They just dont appear where I am. and If they do appear where they are supposed to, then i cannot control them.

Keymasterdo you use colouer tracking or skeleton for hands ?
if colour, ca you try with hands first ?2018-02-15 at 16:52 #3325sawchen
ParticipantI have tried both methods. The skeleton tracking doesn’t seem to work either.

Keymastercan you please send me logs as described here?
i think there might be mix of some settings. skeleton tracking of head and hands should not produce such effect.

ParticipantHave you done the room setup in Steam VR? This improved the offset for me.
And be aware that you must keep a distance of 1,5m from the sensor in order to be tracked.Maybe that helps…
