Problem with Ingame no controllers

Hi,

Just bought the software and was able to set ip up. I get my controllers in the steamvr home and can select games, but when they start, i dont have my controllers and cant use them? when i close game, i get my controllers back and can select a game to play.

I tried the lab and blast to the past, both no succes.

These are my settings, i dont know how i get the controllers work ingame?

In pavlov the hands are at the bottom when i tried to play it. They wont move! Cop academy works kinda, but my hands are in front of me instead of in my natural position.

somebody? I got the hint for calibrating, but where do i calibrate?

there is calibrate button next to head tracking option.
i assume yo have head tracking set to kinect: sheleton ?
