    So my Oculus controllers work fine in SteamVR but once I start Driver4VR one or both freeze in space and no longer function till I restart SteamVR without Driver4VR running.

    My logs are attached to this post.

    I have the same problem!It occurs after the latest steamVR update!

    I just got a kinect the day of the update so can tell if it’s related to this one but your description is close to mine.
    Calibration looks OK-ish but I lose the buttons function of one hand!
    I see the 2 touch controllers at hand positions and 3 vive controller representing my feet+hip but when i go in VRChat for full body, the hand disappear and replace by a ball.
    Can still move it but it’s not recognised as a hand.
