Membership Issue

I had bought the membership to go from Driver4VR Friend to Driver4VR Gold and was not able to log into the software, I then tried switching back to Friend to see if the status had affected the functionality of my software which appears as it did not. Now I am trying to go back to the Gold membership I had paid for but it is trying to make me pay for the membership a second time.

Is there a way to get my Gold membership back or do I need a moderator?

I have the receipt email from Paypal if I need proof of purchase. This software is nice but is also causing me way too much trouble than I need.

The problems I have elaborated within other posts regarding first the DateTime error and then followed up with Unable to authenticate when trying to log in. I had changed my membership as I had it work once before when I was a Friend, I was hoping that it would fix the issue so I could do more testing even with the limit but sadly I still can’t.
