Leap Motion isn't showing up in driver4vr

As the subject says, it shows up everywhere else and the visualizer works but the leap motion will not show up in driver4vr list… Please help, I want to use it with the controllers.

I have gearVR with an s9+
2 gearvr controllers (will map static when set to virtual, cannot move them, they appear as a gamepad)
leap motion

I am running on:
Riftcat
Vridge through Oculus Store
and have Driver4VR running as well

Driver4VR recognizes the controllers fine but they do not map to the environment unless they appear as the gamepad configuration. It recognizes the HMD as well and The 4th connection says driver4vr which I assume is a fake tracking camera.

If I can provide anymore information to help solve this, I’ll respond as soon as I can
