    Hi Greg,

    leap motion controllers appear as Steam Controllers not Vive Controllers.

    whenever I try to launch a Title i get the error message “controller mismatch”

    any Ideas?

    great software otherwise 🙂

    hmm… can u share screen of driver4vr with those drivers listed?

    It is happening the same way for me as well. I was thinking it had been because I am in trial still.

    I love this software and want to say thanks Greg I will be purchasing as soon as I complete my test week.

    this is default controller in case you don’t provide anything. i would guess you don’t have resource. can you check if you have vr_controller_vive_1_5 in steamvr/resources/rendermodels

    The problem is SteamVR Beta! I Opt Out of Beta and it works fine!

    Opting out of beta fixed the issue for me also

    Me too here!
    I’m using Riftcat & Driver4VR full version. Don’t know why leap motion appears as Steam Controllers.
    SteamVR Beta & not beta seems to be the same.

    Can u help me, please?

    Trinus psvr with kinect 360 and leap motion. Not opted into beta and i see steam controllers instead of vive wands. @Greg I checked the rendermodels folder and the vr_controller_vive_1_5 folder is there. Any other suggestions?

    Same configuration… Riftcat instead of Trinus, no betas at all, but same results. Oh, and the vr_controller_vive_1_5 folder is OK.

    Hi! Tried to modify steamvr.vrsettings in many ways. No luck.

    figured it out. you just have to pull up the system dashboard while in steam vr, then go to settings, and download the appropriate model, then the visual cues from button presses on the bluetooth controllers will work correctly as well.

    all my bugs are resolved. and none of them had anything to do with this software. it is truly amazing stuff I can’t wait to use the full version now!!
