Kinect Xbox one not seeing colors on ps move controllers

Hi everyone
New to the software and having a great time with custom vr on my Oculus Go. I have been trying to setup color tracking with my Kinect (Xbox one) and when I go to calibrate the color tracking the box stays black no matter the brightness of the room.

seems like kinect is not able to send additional rgb colour stream to the app.
can u try other usb port?
