Kinect v2 0FPS and crashes

Hey,

since the latest update i am featuring an issue. My kinect ( connected to the rear USB next to the rift) keepsn crashing whenever i start the tracking , it first showes me good fps in dv4r and the kinect ..then drops to 0 in kinect and disconnects the rift and every other usb device.

When connected to the front usb it showes the same thing but instead of disconnecting everything it only the kinect and reconnects ( endless loop)

PLS i really need help

EDIT: i did go through the crash logs and saw that there is a missing windows runtime and its shwoing me this > Enumeration error: the windows runtime type ‘Windows.Devices.Enumeration.DeviceInformationKind’ could not be found.
