Kinect + Android+ joycons

I had started this idea a bit ago and I’m hitting a wall here so I choose to ask anyone who answers.
I own a pair of joycons from the oldest version of Switch(bought day one of release) and my pc says they are paired but Driver won’t detect button presses, or movement with them, I’ve followed the video that they have posted but I get stuck with the joycons not recognizing the movement or button presses.
Any Suggestions???
