Joy cons dont show up

had them running just fine, wanted to see if i could get one of the buttons to be mapped to a keyboard button so i decided to get a program for it, when that didnt work i uninstalled it, went back to d4vr to find that it wouldnt show up at all anymore, bluetooth and device manager recognize it just fine
