Issiue with Kinect calibration

I have a weird issue with Kinect calibration. After doing 1st pose 2nd one always says I am to close to the previous position even if I move 1meter away. I’m using currently x360 Kinect with Pimax4k. I did change the position of my Kinect already few times. Just to be sure it is not an issue of his position.
I can add that tracking position looks to be working.

if you have pimax 4k then you probably don’t have head tracking. you probably set head tracking to none.
you should enable head tracking with Kinect and calibrate only head tracking. you don’t need to calibrate body tracking if you use kinect also for head trkacing.
if you have any other head tracking let me know but I would guess you don’t
