    I’ve purchased the gold membership and downloaded the full version, but when i tried updating to 3.10.8, it brought me to the trial download page without the option to download the full version again.

    the installer is same for trial and gold.
    you are gold member what means you have full access after logging to the application.
    if it is not the case then must be some error that i need to check.
    please let me know.
