    Program stopped working after upgrading from windows 1809 to 1903.
    Installed, uninstalled steam vr, driver4vr and error persists.

    I discovered the problem, with the new patch 1903 installed by the microsoft installation wizard not only broke your software as many of my games stopped responding correctly, solved with clean installation, now everything is working normaly including driver4vr,probably net framework or other dependence of driver4vr has corrupted with this mode of upgrade.
