    Hello, I bought Gold Membership yesterday and am unable to log into the application without getting ” Error during authentication: Not Found ” the site I am able to log into with no trouble at all. I have tried resetting my password a few times and even went as far as to make a separate account with a trial version to see if I could log in that way, All failed. Has anyone had to deal with this issue and if so are there any solutions? Thanks
