    Trying to install Driver4vr as per video instructions but get this error https://i.imgur.com/OLhh4j8.png “could not register driver: The system cannot find the file specified”

    Kinect V2 is installed and displayed in Device manager
    Kinect Runtime V2.0 1409 installed

    Driver4vr is installed to default “C:\Program Files (x86)\Driver4VR”

    *SOLVED*

    The installer tries to install the driver on to “C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SteamVR” but I had installed SteamVR on a library in another drive. I moved the steamVR folder to the default location on C:, installed the driver then moved it back.

    hi,
    thanks for comment. basically I spent some time to detect non standard installation but I need double check if that still works.

    Need better msg error too, and say to install steamvr first too
