Controllers don't show up.

I’ve tried Joy Cons and Wii remote & Nunchuck, but none of them show up. The first time I tried, only the left Joycon showed up, but it was really laggy to use. Now, no controller shows up in device manager.

I’ve tried re-installing drivers and devices, nothing seems to work.

My controllers show up under my bluetooth settings in Windows 10 as “Connected”. Should they be showing up as paired? If so, how do I pair them instead of them getting stuck at “Connected”?

if they show as connected that is fine.
