Hello Greg! Few weeks back i received my replacement controller for my broken one. I got the same one you have. On my first try all went pretty well, but after that my new controller started to disconnect. It keeps connected via bluetooth for a while, but then disconnects and doesn’t connect again. I think it doesn’t even try to connect because I can’t see the controller on any device. Have you experienced this kind of problem or is my new controller broken too?
