Controller buttons don’t work

Can maybe someone help me fix my problem?

Problem is that my controller buttons won’t work
Either if I use the joy con’s or psmove
I can rotate them and everything but I can’t click on anything
Strange thing is that sometimes my psvr headset just triggers the action but I don’t know why
For example in in strange home I can look around but can’t click on anything because the buttons don’t seem to work but I see them rotate if I move my arms
And if I look long enough on a trigger it somehow activates

Is there any way to fix this? I even installed windows new with nothing more then steam and driver4vr

You mean in steamvr? No I can press buttons but they won’t be recognized
In driver4vr though every button I press is recognized either if I use the joy cons or psmove
