    I emailed customer support last week about an issue related to a constant alert to update that keeps appearing on start, and the fact the latest version isn’t working with advanced settings’ snap turning. No one has responded.

    Still no response. I also emailed customer support again a few days ago. This is beginning to make me lose confidence in this app to the point I may stop recommending it. I am still hoping to hear something …

    Greg, the alert issue is gone. Thanks, but for some reason, the snap turning based on the Open VR Advanced Setting functionality is still not working. But, it is working with the earlier version. I updated to the most recent download and tested. Problem still persists.

    The version that still works is 5.2.2.1. What do you advise? Thanks
