assign gamepad problem

I have the Kinect and tVR up and running well at a “beamer” PC for Social Media VR Games like Sansar/Vr Chat.
The Problem I have is with assigning a gamepad as Controller/Tracker device.
It was found in Windows Game Controller, Listet in Driver4vr and I can go in the assign menu.
There I can map all the buttons, scan progress bar walks up succesfull, but there is no save option and after closing the windows the controller is NOT assigned.
( assigning mouse ore keyboard works, but walking aroud with a keyboard on hand gives a WAF below zero. )

Any guesses whats may be the problem ?
