I am having an identical issue. My setup is an Oculus Rift CV1, Touch controllers, and Kinect One.
I reverted back to the main branch of SteamVR per your suggestion with no luck. When I run the calibration, I see the three virtual trackers floating a few feet away from my body. I can see the calibration in progress on my monitor but have no indication in the headset where to stand or move. I will report back if I can fix the issue, but if anyone has any tips, I would be very appreciative.
