After doing that step and re-calibrating, everything ran flawlessly. However, the issue appears to come back every time Steam VR is closed and re-opened without running through that troubleshooting step another time. I’m sending new logs over to you via email.
In addition, after using the driver in VRChat for several minutes, the trackers all disappeared and stopping/restarting the driver service did not work until re-doing the troubleshooting step and closing steam VR.
