ok. so one thing we can fix is to remove extra reference to library.

can you go to steamvr folder – usually
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SteamVR\bin\win64

and type:

vrpathreg removedriver “d:\Program Files (x86)\Driver4VR\lib\drivers\driver4vr”

and then try again
