I found out what caused psmove drivers conflict.

PSA : Check and delete old SteamVR external drivers ! from WindowsMR

Specifically this part:
“It’s in c:\uers<youruser>\AppData\Local\openvr\openvrpaths.vrpath and I was able to remove the ‘old’ driver entries.”
